WHAT WILL CHANGE WHEN REPS STOP BULLSHITTING?

Double or triple team output from one week to the next.

CASE STUDYWellsite Navigator
“Our reps’ results were falling fast, and we couldn’t see why. From the day we installed the BS Catcher, the whole team’s output more than doubled — and it kept climbing through the first week. It made the team profitable again and reset the culture.”

HOW IT WORKS

01
Connect your CRM
And Slack, if your reps post their hours there. Read-only access.
02
We line up every dial against the hours each rep claimed
Calls, talk time, gaps, breaks, first and last call, meetings booked.
03
You get a plain report
Who's on track, who needs a look, and the exact minutes behind every flag.

FAIR TO GOOD REPS.

Every flag shows its evidence. We check rounding, time zones, part days and cancelled meetings before anything is flagged. Your best reps get proof they're your best reps.

Rounding. "9 to 5" in Slack isn't read to the minute.
Time zones. The rep's clock, your clock and the CRM's clock, lined up.
Part days. Half days and approved time off aren't gaps.
Cancelled meetings. A meeting booked and then cancelled still counts as booked.

QUESTIONS

Is my data safe?

For the sample, you don't connect anything. We only ask for your work email, phone number and team size. When we run the BS Catcher for your team, it reads your CRM with read-only access and changes nothing in it.

Which CRMs work?

It's built on Close. We connect HubSpot, Salesforce or another CRM for you in your first 30 days, and if we can't make it work with yours, you get your money back.

Do I need Slack?

Not for the sample. In the live system, Slack is how you get alerts, and it lets the audit compare against the hours reps post. Without Slack, it audits against the shift hours you set.

Will my reps know?

The system reads your CRM, not their computers. No screen recording, no software on their machines. Whether you share the reports is up to you, and some places require you to tell employees about monitoring, so check what applies to your team.

Is this legal where my reps live?

It reads business records your company already holds. Rules differ by country and state, so check with your own adviser before you roll it out.

What does it cost?

The sample is free. Running the BS Catcher on your team is a monthly service with a 30-day money-back guarantee, and Ben walks you through the price on your call.
